If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

@jay_bharat, You should be cautious when doing the fast and test your apples with Iodine for starch..... I found starchy apples can still cause pain + the sugar in the apples can still fuel the bacteria as a last resort.... You could try juicing spinach leaves + Add salt, for a day if your pain goes down, then go for 2 days and wright your pain levels down in a book + keep a food diary to see what causes you the most pain and what causes you the least pain... I know I am off topic but I am inspired at the power of diet....and the people here at KickAS....
One more thing, I found Extra virgin olive oil taken 1 tea spoon every 2-3 hours throughout the day helps during a flare... Thanks DragonSlayer for that insight... That gave me clues to how AS works according to leaky gut theory. Olive oil might coat the intestine walls where there is damage/inflammation + olive oil is an anti-microbial.
HLA B27+ Have AS since the age of 13. Diagnosed in 2005 at the age of 22
