Joyce, I'm glad to hear that accident wasn't as bad as it could have been. And very glad to hear that your sister doing well.
I'm so sorry to hear that your niece is now fighting breast cancer. It sounds like they are being very aggressive with it and that, I must think, is a good sign because she can physically take it. If that makes any sense. I'm basing it on a friend of ours who at 70 was diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer. He was in extremely good shape physically, so they felt they could hit him with everything they had. 18 months on and he's doing well. I'm going to go on the basis that your niece will be, too.

Yes, they said they are hitting it hard. She is young, healthy and strong and has faith. She is just going on with life and plans to work all she can. She is an Occupational Therapist and this year changed from the hospital to the School District that her kids are in. The school knows about it. They have to have an OT but they will work with her all they legally can.
My sister is having memory problems. I think adding the stress on top of the head injury. If you remember she lost her husband to Pancreatic Cancer a couple of years ago. She is strong but she also is not feeling good right at the moment. She is so sore all over. I have never seen bruises like she has.
Theresa, thanks. I have been thinking of you today. I hope you have a good day. It is neat that he and our daughter celebrated the same birthday. She is here today. We aren't really celebrating until the weekend when our other daughter gets here. Watch out OKC this weekend!!
