Went to the beach yesterday morning, had lunch. Then cycled home up the mountain with my son on the back. The mountainside elevator was broken which made the cycle more difficult. But we made it in the end.
I enjoyed it and am fine.
Problem: Now my son is sick, he has a fever.

Sue those little dogs crack me up! Good job keeping moving everyone! I've been biking a bit. Walking with a 20 month old ... Just my speed. Today I swam for half an hour. Forgot to take my meds after dinner and was actually crying from the pain. My poor hubby. Already set my phone alarm for tomorrow and all eternity! Dreaming of Costa Rica  Go TEAM!

Hey! I went hiking here today and it was awesome!  I came home, soaked in Epsom salts and am icing now.  Even if I can't move tomorrow it was totally worth it!  Go TEAM!

Went hiking here this evening aswell. it too was excellent fun.
I was in the gym doing a few weights yesterday and walked home on Friday evening.
Not a perfect weekend but not a bad one either.
Need to swim and cycle more but hey, at least I am trying to do something.
Go team go!!!!

4 miles run on Saturday then walked 1.6 miles with my wife. Ran 3.1 miles this morning.
