If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Erica, My husband lost his parents several years ago, both to health problems, in their 60s - 70s. And we still miss them. I'm sure to have your daughter taken before you, and so needlessly, must be a pain that is hard to imagine. This weekend I went to a Christmas Arts and Crafts Fair, walked around slowly which really means a lot of standing. Amazed how stiff my pelvis and knees get anymore when I do this. Of course I was on my feet for ~4 hours. Distance? I guess that's not the point. As I told my rheumy, its like my body / illness is getting worse, but we are managing it better. Its mostly when I'm outside of my normal daily routine that it jumps up and bites me in my butt.

I was pretty good, mostly just something for my husband for XMas. Can't say what in case he sees this. And for me: a funky christmas tree christmas pin. its made from some kind of "ecofriendly laminate" (they couldn't explain to me what made it ecofriendly though, but that's not really why i bought it), its this purplish greenish color, with purple jewels as "bulbs". Its very festive and fun. Very modern art ish. $7 freshwater pearl earrings. Couldn't resist the price. And the colorings were perfect. Kinda greyish blue, green (kinda greyed teal), purple (kinda mauve), three hanging pearls.

@ErikaK Grumpy, you should ask my long suffering husband about that I am not as bad as I was now I have my AS more undercontrol I was always under a black cloud grumpy and irritable. Mon 1 1/2 hour ride Thurs 1 1/2 hour ride, would have been longer but very windy with big gusts. Lu was very jumpy, starting at things behind her (ouch my neck) etc so shortened the ride. It was bin day and the thought of an empty bin being blown over and sliding along the pavement was the last straw! Spent two hours blitzing the house still haven't finished, the rest will have to wait until tomorrow.
NSD almost all the way No dairy hard cheeses occasionally and homemade ghee Still trying to work out what makes me tick and what makes me drop
