what Gerri was brilliant, i know because i read it in previous posts, she had her fire chief write a letter saying she was a fire hazzard. If i get denied again on the internal review and end up @ court i will definatly do the same. Im going to mail my humira script and info along with the request for review, mabey they will figuire out, 1 hand of the govt approved me for 20 thousand dollars worth of drugs, but other says im fine lol, crazy.

stayin alive.

Sorry, that sounds crazy. Fight the good fight, man!

And here I am (honestly) thinking that you guys up in Canada are the lucky ones with your healthcare system compared to our scam-o-rama down here in the states.

Hang in there...

Just to put a bit of a damper on your plans - they could well say that seeing as you are taking Humira then it should be relieving all the disability, so you are not disabled. Thats the kind of reasoning they use in the UK with mobility problems - if you can't walk without assistance then you get the mobility component of disability. But if you say you use crutches and they help you, then suddenly you don't have any mobility problems any more (unless you can then prove that you still can't walk without severe pain or discomfort), so no disability.

I do like the idea of the fire chief saying you are a fire hazard though! Don't think they can counter that one!

ya i hear you, ive been thinking about that as well ><;

My iritis and uvitis (spelling..) is bad. and my right pupal is blown to almost so u cant see the color. just black and white/red its not really a circle either lol its mishapen. anyhoo! not to rant. but i have a 1st meeting with a new opthamologist in may and ill ask him to put a clear, clean, concise report to submit. and mabey ill hand him the sheet from the DAU so he can write the oppsite of what they said hahaha.

Thanks mostly to kickas I feel like i have a better grip on what I need, and realize my inital application was good, but lacked what all have said. the smoking gun letter from a Doc.
