If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Today at 2:00 pm is my disability interview, I had originally scheduled an in person interview, it was supposed to be this past Weds. but I was too sick to make the appt., so I called and rescheduled for a phone interview. I don't know quite what to expect, so I thought I'd check in with others that have already been through this, so I can prepare myself...I hate that it's come to this but I can see no way around it, if I go anywhere near the general public, I get sick, I can no longer be self-insured due to my Dxes and my medical bills are staggering($68,000 this year, thus far and I'm 100% self pay), I can't pass a routine physical to go to work and even if I found a job that didn't require that, I can't legally operate a motor vehicle with the other meds I'm on, so at the moment, this seems the only logical option.

Good Luck Michelle!!
If its anything like the SSDI Doc's Evaluation I had to go through, you'll leave it scratching your head wondering what it had to do with your case.
Go Get Em!!

The best of luck, Michelle. I can't believe your medical bills. My goodness - how do you cope with that?

Thanks Wendy...well, I really hadn't realized just how much my medical bills were until I started this application process but once I saw the bottom line...it totally stressed me out! But I was under the impression that you have to totally exhaust all of your resources before applying for SSDI...I don't know how this is going to work out, even if I get it, I don't think I can survive on it...between MRIs, CATs...etc., specialists and the medications...Enbrel, MTX, Lipitor, Avapro and about 15 more, it's just so expensive...so I'm hoping to get some relief there, that would help tons!

Thanks Kevin...I just finished up, it took about an hour and a half, the lady was very nice and very helpful, so now I guess I'll just have to wait and see...

Thank you John...I think it went well, I asked if having a diagnosis made a difference or not and she said that it definitely makes things easier...
