I am qulified to use an oxyvivor and defib so I can help no problem. Pretty good at mouth to mouth too. LOL
Interesting connection between water and drowning also. Ever thought of that? lol
Have to ban any sort of water of liquid for that matter.

You could be onto something there, cos you never hear about folks drowning in the desert, do you??? But then, come to think about it, there's not a lot of ice cream in the desert either, so maybe the water is a red herring???

I didn't look at your links (yet) because I'm falling asleep as I type. I certainly have come across this in some of the studies I looked at for my appeal...they might be the same ones?
I can't wait to see the other responses, I've wondered the same thing - good on you for asking it "out loud".
