Hi Lon, From one inhaler user to another.

I have a theory that I can't back up with facts, but it is a theory no less. If we have any restricted ribcage expansion problems (due to fusing or flaring at the time), it could cause our oxygen levels to drop when doing physical activities, because our lungs can't keep up with how much oxygen we burn off. I say this because if I hurt more (especially if I feel it in the ribcage area), I struggle more to do something, and I become out of breath more easily and start having the buzzing body feeling. If my AS is feeling better than usual, I don't have these problems anywhere as bad. Anyways, this was just a thought popping out of my head when I read your post. (I've thought about this long before though.)

As for your sinuses plugging at night, mine do that, too. I wonder if, in addition to your C-pap, you could use those Breathe Right strips that you put on your nose at night to open the nasal passages. It's really helped me.

I'm sorry to hear that on top of everything else, Lin is now battling the flu.

You two have to look after each other, you know, since none of us is there to do it for you.

it is about ZERO *. I scooped snow at the church and I had energy for the worship, I think I just need to use the inhalers instead of trying to get by??? also some pain meds. Thanks for your note and prayers.

I did so enjoy your deer hunt photos.
I was more than jealous, but because you are my friend, I will get over it a a year or two or three!
The inhalers seem to pick me up, and when preaching I took one pain med, I seemed to be looser and it was a grat morning.

I think I have arrived at the same place as your step Dad.
I am able to go 40 minutes or more some days, otherwise I stop at 15-20. Which is enough to keepme in reasonable shape. We have stairs inthe basement that I climb 5-6 times a night, that helps too.

Thanks. We are both better. She is at work, had company last night, but she is very sore in the midsection. I think I will also limit my nose drops to just night time, so I can breathe..

Sometimes my 02 low, 53, 65... and then it will rise in the 80's, when I am working out. It is not the machine, cause Lin's is always right at 98-97*
The heart Dr. said I have noise lungs, but we did not test for asthema...thus the inhalers. I know I wake up with the clogged sinus during the night. I wills tay on the inhalers, use drops and see where I go. Thanks for your ocncern.
