Christine,
Hi. You dad is like a brother to us.
But I thought he was raised by wolves? He told me that he still howls at night? Do you find yourself tipping your head up at night too???
He loves you very much, welcome

Hi Christine,

So glad you know about this site. Many of us use this site to vent when we are over whelmed and to seek support when we need it. When we share our feelings and thoughts here we feel safe to do so. We know that other people who read our words can understand us.... We also have families that we don't want to alarm with every symptom we have and we have families who just don't understand us or AS.
Thank you for caring enough about your Dad to research this site. He is a great comfort to many of us here and I am sure he is an exceptional father.
Wishing you good health....
Beth

Hi Christine,

Welcome to kickas.org It's so nice to meet you, and I had great pleasure in knowing your dad is a regular part of this forum. Since he joined here he has always had something positive to say and offers a lot of support to others. He's a great guy and I'm glad he has such a wonderful daughter.
Take care,
James.

Hello Christine - How wonderful to greet and meet Kevin's daughter. Kevin is the greatest family man, and Oh so 'proud' of his family (well, we are proud of Kevin as well). He is a terrific joker. No matter what his pain might be, Kevin is *always ready with an upbeat comment, a quick supportive word and a helping hand. (Must run in the family, cause, like father like daughter. 'Smile'.)

Welcome to the KA family. Great to see you here, finding out about the spondy monster jigsaw in order to
better support your dad. (That takes courage, empathy and a definite level of sophistication.) Well done you.

Big welcome from -

Now why does not surprise me, Christine?!?!?

If you ever spy them opened, sneak me one of the cherry liqueurs, will you?
