i know what you mean, think its why after the last set of cortisone injections to the SI, i tried the topical flector nsaid patch, that was in april, still happily wearing it, no cortisone injections to it in sight.

Humira (still methylprednisone for flares, just not as often. Aleve if needed, rarely.)
LDN/zanaflex/flector patches over SI/ice
vits C, D. probiotics. hyaluronic acid. CoQ, Mg, Ca, K.
