THAT's not a puppy!! Wow. I have seen shows about little baby squirrs being raised by people. There's one show that had him making a little bed in a mixing bowl using kleenex. It was so fricking cute!!!! Keep up posted. How adorable!

OMG!! I forgot about that... I saw that commercial recently, for the first time...I laughed so hard!! I wonder how they did that?!

Hi Sarah...that's so sweet of you to say!  But really, I'm getting the better end of the stick here, I get puppy breath and baby squirrel...they have to put up with me googling over them like a kid.... I made up a post just for the squirrel, it's titled Rocky Rescue and that's where I'm going to put the squirrel updates and pics...

The evacuation order was lifted in Cameron a couple of days ago and sadly, Marcel Thibeaux, a woman I know, went home and fell off of a boat and was carried under with the currents and drowned...she leaves behind three children and two grandchildren, please keep her family in your prayers...

Yes Sue, it really is sad, I spoke with her Mother while the search for her was still going on and she was just beside herself and I know her heart is broken and her children and granchildren's lives will be forever changed by this and the family is still struggling to find a suitable home as they lost their home in the hurricane.
