If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Oh dear, what did your poor aunt do to deserve that! One of mine used to pee in Brian's shoes all the time, but I think that was because the cat figured out that the dog being there was Brian's fault. These days, if they're upset about something they pee in one of our gym bags. Doesn't happen often, just when it's most inconvenient. Like, you find it as you pick up the damned bag to go to the gym! Warm hugs,
Kat

Hi Reba, I'm just wondering if there is something non-starchy that your inlaws enjoy to eat. That way you could ask to have that. Chef's salad maybe? Or instead maybe you could offer to make something for everyone when you go to visit them. This topic hits home big time for me, because I can't go shopping and wifey has to have her starchies. Guess who wins lol. She does bring me home some fruit here and there, but only a days worth usually. I myself am not basing my diet on the NSD per se, but I have been trying to go all natural.
Also, I didn't read your other responses so I don't know if this was mentioned, but there is a list of NSD success stories in the NSD section of this forum. Maybe you could use that list of people to show them how many people it has helped.
Just a thought, Take care, James.
HLA-B27+, JRA diagnosis in 1981, re-diagnosed as AS in 1988. Also iritis, colitis, and psoriasis. NSD + low carb helps me. My health makes it hard for me to post in a timely way.

Sue, I'd never heard that before. So, later that day I was talking to my costume designer and she was complaining that getting the actors together for fittings was harder than, you guessed it, herding cats!! I almost dropped the phone! So, now I've passed it along to my mother and she loved it too! You started something with that. Hugs,
Kat
