If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I've had problems with that for about 3 years now, doc told me it's an autoimmune problem, not caused by the TNF thingies . . . Mine is DEFINITELY worse in the winter, though! I can strongly recommend Eucerin Redness relief creams (Walgreens skin-care aisle - I use the Redness Relief Lotion in the pump bottle) and Basis soap. Also, get rid of air fresheners, and run a humidifier 24/7. My doc gave me these tips, and they REALLY help!!! -Bridget

Hi again yorkshiretone, Yep I'm around a 30 min drive from Whitby & we go there (family, wife & son) quite allot. Haven't heard of the CHAPPLE ALLERTON hospital. I go to James Cook University hospital in Middlesbrough. Didn't get my funding through the rheumy dept for my Anti TNF, NHS wouldn't pay (not NICE approved yet).. The head of my GP's dept offered funding, initially had Remicade on a trial basis through my rheumys dept.
Had skin prob around 2 years ago & stopped the remicade & it went away. Don't really want to stop the Remicade again though, unless I have to. As I'm now on 1/2 dose basis, due to my initial raised ALT's caused by the Remicade. Liver levels now A OK (touch wood)
George.

Bridget, Thanks for getting back, I've just purchased some sudocrem, I'll see how I get on with that before going to my GP.

Hi Tone
I just found this site the other day, have been waiting for my login to be approved...!! Spotted your post - I too was at Chappel A for infliximab treatment - when did you go?
I'm going to put a more detailed post up about my experiences - hope it worked well for you!
Cheers,
Tony
