If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Has anybody ever tried these heat wraps? I have some but haven't tried 'em yet. It's freezing cold in the office I work in, and that sets me up for extreme muscle aches / spasms... Please share your experiences with these-they are being advertised a lot more recently, which reminded me I had them tucked away.
Blessings, Sigrid

Sigrid,
From my own personal experience and a guy who can't be without my heating pad at night, I find these to be a very effective temporary solution. They can, however, get rather expensive if you use them every day. I guess my vote would be a thumbs up, but just as a temporary fix.
Best of luck. Glenn

Sigrid,
I have not used them, but my husband has used them alot when he refs softball. He has put them on his back or his knee and I think they are suppose to last like 6 or 8 hours.
It might be worth a try,
Lisa

I wore a ThermaCare heat wrap on my back when I flew from NJ to AZ (5 hrs.) and it was fabulous. Still very warm several hours after arrival. I can absolutely recommend this product!

I have tried them and yes they work well to stop the muscle spasms. They also give a bit of protection and support.
However, a word of warning here: The thermoskin brand can produce some irritation. This has happened to me several times. If I tried to use the shoulder support I end up with horrendous sores. The heat that it can generate is too strong for my skin and I break out in a heat rash.
If this is a problem, there is a possible work around, use something like cotton as protection so that the urethane is not near your skin. Otherwise they are very good and I find them excellent in helping with my fingers when they hurt. Please share your experiences with these-they are being advertised a lot more recently, which reminded me I had them tucked away.

Sigrid, have you tried them yet? I notice a bit of confusion over what you mean. When you talk about heat wraps I normally think of my thermoskins, which are not heated at all, but they provide heat. I forgot all about the Goodes heat wraps because I have no experience with them. On the other hand, I have tried the wheat bags. You can warm these up for a few minutes in the mircowave oven and you can also freeze them I am wearing my fingerless gloves so that I can type. My keyboard seems to be acting up a bit. I am going to have to spank it to make it behave ;-0 I have changed over the keyboard in the belief that it might be he cause but the same thing is happening ;-)
