Congratulations on getting a dx!
an AS diagnosis may come later, hopefully it doesn't progress to that point as it means damage is radiologically(?)evident. If you get the AS diagnosis later on, the treatment is basically the same for all the spondylarthropies. So, you are not at a loss with your diagnosis. It's a step in the right direction
