WOOHOO, doing a little happy dance (well, in my head at least) - I managed to push the auto-injector button all by myself!!!! Went to a different GP clinic and had a beautiful nurse, Daisy from Columbia, help me through it!! Still a few tears and a bit of hyperventilating when I first arrived but she went through it all with me, we practised with the training pen first and she didn't put me under any pressure - I did it in my stomach this time and while it was a little uncomfortable it was nothing like the stinging from last week! I am sooooo chuffed with myself and so grateful to Daisy for getting me through it!!! YAY!!!
