If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi again Everyone,
I was looking into buying some CoQ10 and some fish oil, and found them together in one product. Should I buy them together or separately? Is there a reason they are combined in one product/is there an advantage? Also, the one I found has soy lecithin listed in it and I seem to remember someone saying that could be a problem. This product says it's made with no starch so that's a huge plus.
Also what dose of each daily??

Husband diagnosed with AS in '92. Enbrel appx 2011- March 2013 when ER doctor temporarily terminated. Grateful to have finally found Kickas in April 2013 and NSD since May 2013. Since NSD no need to resume Enbrel. Enbrel only helped hip pain, did not touch chest pain. Since NSD, both hip and chest pain have improved. Still takes pain and other pills daily, but far fewer.
