a lot of these look very similar to the exercises i've gotten from PT over the years, and a lot of overlap with hatha yoga too. its nice to get these exercises from the three different sources, then choose which method seems to suit my body best.

and of course, can't do them all, but pick the ones that can do. like for example, i could never do a bridge without it bothering my SI, no matter how careful, no matter how properly, so we just don't do that one.
