Has anybody ever tried these heat wraps? I have some but haven't tried 'em yet. It's freezing cold in the office I work in, and that sets me up for extreme muscle aches / spasms...
Please share your experiences with these-they are being advertised a lot more recently, which reminded me I had them tucked away.
