Everytime I try to login I'm told my password is invalid (although it isn't), so I request a temporary password. Which works fine and I can login, but only for that one time - when I come to login again the same thing happens. When I checked my password in My Home it was a extremely long one - which looks as though it's somehow had extra characters added. I change my password from the temporary one, but am then told this is invalid next time I try to login. Help!
